Client Services Coordinator

  • Possesses​​ a positive​​ outgoing personality​​ that is welcoming,​​ hospitable,​​ engaging,​​ and compassionate;

  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing;

  • Enjoys​​ a deep commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and customer service;

  • Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous ongoing and one-time activities, events and projects;

  • Can​​ multi-task, remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines​​ through strong time management skills;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Exercises appropriate judgment, integrity, and discretion in confidential and sensitive matter​​ with little supervision;

  • Initiative and the ability to figure things out on your own

  • Possesses​​ proven word processing experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Possesses experience with general office equipment (computer, printer, copier, and fax machines.); and

  • Must have experience interacting with and supporting C-Suite in the role of executive assistant, executive secretary, and/or executive receptionist.​​ 

  • Ability to work independently under tight time constraints

The Job


The​​ Client Services Coordinator​​ will be responsible​​ for​​ the​​ qualification all potential leads that contact the firm which includes,​​ but​​ is​​ not limited to:

  • Talk with all potential new clients about the facts of their case;

  • Track and monitor the progress of each Inquiry;

  • Schedule intake appointments when​​ the lead is qualified;

  • Follow up on all calls and emails regarding the​​ qualified leads;

  • Enters new client and matter information into our client management system; and

  • Respond to calls and emails immediately, and without delay.
