Our preferred candidate:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in marketing or sales. Law Firm experience is a plus.
Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or Sales.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong project management skills.
Digital marketing experience.
Focused on establishing and measuring clear objectives.
Ability to balance between executing on short-term projects while keeping an eye on long-term strategic goals.
Resourceful problem solver.
Flexible. Able to pivot quickly and develop a plan B.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Proficiency with a variety of software tools.

The Job
This Marketing Assistant’s duties and responsibilities will fall into three main categories (the acquisition of new clients; retention of existing clients; and communication with existing and former clients). For proper handling of the assigned duties and responsibilities, the Marketing Assistant will be expected to:
Develop and execute approved marketing campaigns.
Maintain, and report on marketing metrics and analytics. Make recommendations on how to improve results for maximum ROI.
Monitor industry, client and legal developments and trends. Suggest potential opportunities on how to engage clients and prospects around these topics.
Coordinate and develop the firm’s community outreach programs.
Coordinate and manage content on the firm’s websites, and social media sites to promote the Firm’s brand and increase visibility among clients, prospects, and referral sources.
Maintain consistency in promoting the firm’s brand image across all content channels.
Assist in the content and preparation of the firm’s newsletter.
Provide insight into the creative direction for brochures and other promotional materials. Design and/or oversee the work of outside vendors to design and produce marketing materials.
