Arnold was born and raised in the Philippines, where he completed both a 6-month Caregiving course and a 2-year Nursing Assistant program, laying the groundwork for his passion for helping others. While trained in healthcare, he spent more than a decade working in the BPO industry, where he sharpened his communication skills and gained invaluable experience connecting with people from all walks of life.
This dual background in healthcare and customer service has given Arnold a unique ability to combine compassion with professionalism. He understands the importance of empathy, patience, and building trust—qualities that make him especially effective in supporting clients and their families.
