Ingoo “Kevin” Kim is an attorney at the Estate & Asset Protection Law Firm. Kevin grew up in Seoul, South Korea, and immigrated to the United States in 1998. After completing his university education at Seoul National University in South Korea, Mr. Kim studied both accounting and law in the United States, acquiring his Juris Doctor in Law from Georgia State College of Law in 2016.
Kevin assists firm’s clients with setting various types of trusts, wills, asset protection, business and probate matters. Prior to joining the firm, he has handled a variety of legal matters besides estate planning and asset protection, including personal injury defense work, business, contact, general litigation, immigration, and bankruptcy. Before embarking on his legal career, Kevin was vice president of Atlanta Radio Korea for nine years. During his radio career, Kevin has been known in Korean community as the host of a political radio talk show during which he interviewed elected officials, business officials, lawyers, judges, government officials and people involved in politics about issues affecting all Americans. In 2008, the Atlanta Journal Constitution recognized Mr. Kim for excellence in his contributions to the community.
Kevin is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, the Korean American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Kevin is a member of Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce.
Kevin is married to Amy Yim and has two children, David and Gretchen. Kevin loves reading and golfing in his leisure time.
