Alexis is a true southern bell born in the Mississippi Delta and raised by an educator, and an entrepreneur. The loves of her life are her adorable nieces and nephew. Alexis has lived in Georgia most of her life and enjoys doing volunteer services with her sorority in the Atlanta area. It is her passion to help those who are not able to help themselves.
With her motivation and self-efficacy, Alexis was able to earn a Bachelor’s of Arts degree at Tuskegee University and Master’s of Science degree in Psychology at Capella University.
She previously worked as an ABD Medicaid Specialist and Senior SNAP Supervisor at the Department of Family and Children Services. Alexis has also worked at Change Healthcare where she assisted clients with getting approved for Medicaid, Disability, and Supervised a team who processed personal injury claims.
She is now a Certified Paralegal and has worked in elder care law for almost 10 years. Alexis has learned over the years the importance of giving back to world what God has given to her.
