Our preferred candidate:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in sales. Law Firm experience is a plus.
Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or Sales.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to balance between executing on short-term projects while keeping an eye on long-term strategic goals.
Resourceful problem solver.
Flexible. Able to pivot quickly and develop a plan B.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven.
Dedicated, reliable, consistent.
Proficiency with a variety of software tools.
Thrives in a team atmosphere through the utilization of established systems, policies and procedures.
Possesses superior character, intelligence and integrity.

The Job
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of client conversion and retention including, but not limited to:
Successful with warm/cold calling, emails, and lead generation.
Able to manage and develop new client relationships.
Ability to understand client’s business needs and match to appropriate service offering by educating client on company’s estate planning and asset protection capabilities.
Ensure frequent communication with clients to ensure excellent client satisfaction and follow through on work performed.
Through direct client interactions and community engagements, generate an interest in our services.
Work closely with internal team to ensure client’s needs are being met.
Daily usage of CRM system to document all outbound and inbound activities at the account and contact levels.
